Members of the House of Lords contributed to the second day of committee stage debate - line by line examination - on the Financial Services Bill on 15 March.
Clauses 2-5 on topics covering the Council for Financial Stability and relationships between the Bank, the FSA and the Council for Financial Stability were discussed.
