Questioning at this session is expected to cover a range of issues which the Committee has considered during this Parliament, including:
- the Government's house building targets
- skills gaps and labour shortages in local authorities
- reducing carbon emissions from the existing housing stock
- standards and regulation in the private rented housing sector
- reform of the Housing Revenue Account subsidy system
- design quality in publicly-funded new housing.
