RBS lending to small businesses: Westminster Hall debate

Jim Hood, Labour MP for Lanark and Hamilton East, opened a debate in Westminster Hall on lending by the Royal Bank of Scotland to small businesses, particularly where facilities which have been agreed are withdrawn at the last minute. Economic Secretary to the Treasury, Ian Pearson, replied to the debate
