On Monday 29 March, four short debates were held and Members of the House of Lords with relevant expertise covered a wide range of topics: Gulf War veterans; the extension of UK signed treaties to British Overseas Territories; events in Armenia beween 1915 and 1917; the effect of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
