Hackney North and Stoke Newington MP, Diane Abbott, introduced a Westminster Hall adjournment debate on tackling the problem of gang crime in London

Minister for Policing, Crime and Counter-Terrorism, David Hanson, responded for the Government.

Adjournment debates are a way of having a general debate in the House of Commons without requiring the House to vote. The MP who tabled the subject of the debate will speak first and a Government minister will reply.
