MPs debate future of south London line rail services

Kate Hoey, Labour MP for Vauxhall, opened a debate on the future of the south London line and the services that run through Clapham High Street and Wandsworth Road stations. Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport, Norman Baker, responded to the debate on behalf of the Government.
