Report on complaint against the Earl of Caithness

On Tuesday 20 July, the House of Lords Committee for Privileges and Conduct published the findings of the Lords Commissioner for Standards on a complaint against the Earl of Caithness.
The Commissioner found that the Earl of Caithness had breached the rules of the House governing the use of facilities and refreshment department functions, and disposed of the complaints by way of remedial action. The Sub-Committee on Lords’ Conduct endorsed the Commissioner’s conclusions, and recommended no further action.
