Urgent question on Pay As You Earn

The Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury David Gauke responded to an urgent question from Stewart Hosie MP about the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) tax system and actions that Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs is taking to rectify overpayments and underpayments.
