Second reading of Finance (No.2) Bill

Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury, David Gauke, introduced the second reading of the Finance (No.2) Bill in the Commons. It is the second Finance Bill of this Parliament and the third Finance Bill this year
The Bill contains various technical measures that were not included in the two previous Bills because of the General Election in May and the Emergency Budget in June. It passed without a vote and will be considered by a Public Bill Committee.
