The House of Lords Privileges and Conduct Committee has today published three reports on the conduct of Lord Bhatia, Lord Paul and Baroness Uddin.

The reports follow investigations into the three Members’ use of the financial support available to Members of the House of Lords by the Sub-Committee on Lords’ Conduct.

The reports find the Members to have breached the rules on Members’ use of financial support and recommend sanctions against them.

The reports and recommended sanctions will be debated by the House of Lords on 21 October. The House itself will take the final decision on the implementation of the recommended sanctions.
