A debate on special educational needs policy, following the Ofsted special educational needs and disability review, took place in the House of Lords on Thursday 21 October.

The debate was opened by Baroness Warnock (Crossbench) who is President of the British Dyslexia Association and a former Chair of the Committee of Inquiry into Special Education.
