Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice, Kenneth Clarke, made a statement to the House of Commons on Tuesday 16 November on Guantanamo civil litigation settlement. The Government have agreed a mediated settlement of the civil damages claims brought by detainees held at Guantanamo Bay
