The Defence and Security Review, published on Tuesday 19 October, sets out the Government's defence priorities and strategy.
The debate was opened by Lord Astor of Hever, Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Defence.
Members speaking in the debate included:

The debate also featured maiden speeches from two new members:
