Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice, Jonathan Djanogly, made a statement to the House of Commons on Tuesday 14 December, announcing the Government’s response to its consultation on Her Majesty’s Courts Service estate
The Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor, Kenneth Clarke, made a written ministerial statement on 23 June 2010 announcing consultations on proposals to close magistrate and county courts. The Ministry of Justice website provides a list of courts covered by the consultations.
