MPs debate Transport Committee report on 2010 winter weather

Louis Ellman, Labour/Co-op MP for Liverpool, Riverside and Chair of the Transport Select Committee, moved two debates in Westminster Hall on transport disruption in December 2010 and Bus Services after the spending review on Thursday 1 December.
