Watch and read the views expressed by MPs during the debate and view the list of MPs who voted in the debate. Also find more information on some of the current parliamentary material available on prisons in the Topics section of the Parliament website.

The Political and Constitutional Reform Committee published its fifth report on voting by convicted prisoners: Summary of Evidence. This report summarises this evidence and was intended to help the House in its deliberations when it debated prisoners' voting rights.
