Lord Speaker marks her fifth year in office

As in previous years, the Lord Speaker, Baroness Hayman, has written to all Members of the House of Lords updating them on her activities over the last 12 months.
This year marks Baroness Hayman’s fifth year in office. It is also her final year in office. On 9 May 2011, Baroness Hayman announced her intention not to seek re-election.
