MPs debate the Hargreaves report and intellectual property

Pete Wishart, SNP MP for Perth and North Perthshire, moved a debate in Westminster Hall on Thursday 7 July on the subject of intellectual property
The debate follows the publication of an independent review of intellectual property by Professor Ian Hargreaves in May 2011.
