Statement on Open Public Services White Paper

Minister of State for the Cabinet Office, Oliver Letwin, made a statement to the House of Commons on Monday 11 July on the publication of the Government's Open Public Services White Paper.

The white paper outlines plans to decentralise powers to local levels in areas such a social care, schools, the NHS and policing.
