MPs debate future of the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC)

Malcolm Bruce, Liberal Democrat MP for Gordon, moved a debate in Westminster Hall on the future of the CDC (formerly the Commonwealth Development Corporation)
The debate received a response from Secretary of State for International Development, Andrew Mitchell.
The CDC is the Government's development finance institution and has a remit to generate funds to invest in poorer nations.
