Scotland Bill, remaining stages

The House of Commons held the report stage of the Scotland Bill on Tuesday 21 June
The Bill was also read a third time and will now be considered by the House of Lords.
New Clauses and Amendments
MPs considered in the following order New Clauses 5, 6, 9, 12, 13 and 14.
They also considered Amendments 13, 14, 30, 31, 15 and 32 to 36, all of which were moved by the Government. These were agreed without division.
New Clauses 5, 6, 12, 13 and 14 were moved by the Government and were agreed to without a division.
New Clause 9, relating to taxation of profits of companies, was moved by the opposition and was negatived on a division (Ayes 9, Noes 382).

Summary of the Scotland Bill
The Bill makes changes to the devolution settlement for Scotland and gives effect to the recommendations as set out in the Commission on Scottish Devolution’s (Calman Commission) final report, Serving Scotland Better: Scotland and the United Kingdom in the 21 Century published in June 2009.
It would make changes to the finances of the Scottish Parliament, including a new Scottish rate of income tax, and make a number of adjustments to the boundary of devolved responsibilities.
