Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, William Hague, made a statement to the House of Commons on Tuesday 7 June on the Middle east and North Africa.

The Foreign Secretary updated the House of Commons on his recent trip with the Secretary of State for International Development to Benghazi in Libya to meet with representatives of the national transitional council.
He also informed MPs of current developments in Libya, Syria, Yemen and the Palestinian Authority.
