Post-16 education training statement

Secretary of State for Education, Michael Gove, made a statement to the House of Commons on Monday 28 March on post-16 education funding.
Student support scheme
The Education Secretary announced that a new student support scheme would replace the Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA). Andy Burnham, Shadow Secretary of State for Education, responded to the statement on behalf of the Opposition.
