Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice, Kenneth Clarke, made a statement to the House of Commons on Tuesday 29 March on reforming civil justice.
Government response to no win, no fee consultation
The Lord Chancellor announced the publication of two documents in his statement; the Government's response to the recent consultation on Lord Justice Jackson's recommendations on reforming no win, no fee arrangements and a new consultation document on proposals further to overhaul the civil justice system.
