G20 summit meeting statement

Prime Minister, David Cameron, made a statement in the House of Commons on Monday 7 November on the subject of the summit meeting of the G20 held in Cannes from 3-4 November.

The G20
The Group of Twenty (G20) Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors was established in 1999 to bring together systemically important industrialized and developing economies to discuss key issues in the global economy.
The leaders of the G20 met in Cannes (France) on 3-4 November to discuss the world economy particularly growth and jobs, the international monetary system and reforming the financial system. Further information on the G20 meeting can be found on the G20 website.
