Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Mark Hoban made a statement to the House of Commons on Monday 21 November on the sale of Northern Rock plc to Virgin Money.
Shadow Minister for the Treasury, Chris Leslie, responded to the statement on behalf of the Opposition.
