Speaker's submission to IPSA

The Speaker John Bercow, has submitted his comments to the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority’s annual review of the MPs' Expenses Scheme.
He was invited to do so as a statutory consultee under section 5 of the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009. In the document he responds to a number of questions including equality and diversity, party political activity, staffing and recall arrangement.
