Members of the Lords debate the level of youth unemployment and its effects tomorrow (Thursday 14 June)

Lord Adonis (Labour), a former spokesperson for schools and learners, tabled the debate.

Other speakers expected to participate include Lord Bates (Conservative), a former spokesperson for schools and learners; Lord McFall of Alcluith (Labour/Co-operative), a former minister of education and Baroness Turner of Camden (Labour), a former opposition spokesperson for employment.

Lord Freud (Conservative) will respond on behalf of the government.
