Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General, Francis Maude, made a statement in the House of Commons on Tuesday 19 June on civil service reform.

Civil Service reform

The Cabinet Office have published a civil service reform plan which sets out a series of specific and practical actions to address long-standing weaknesses and build on existing strengths. Further information about the reform plan can be found on the Civil Service website.

Shadow Minister for the Cabinet Office, Jon Trickett, responded to the statement on behalf of the Opposition.
