Health transition risk register statement

Secretary of State for Health, Andrew Lansley made a statement in the House of Commons on Thursday 10 May on the decision not to publish the Department of Health's transition risk register.
Transition risk register
The NHS risk register is a written document drawn up by policymakers that lists the threat to the delivery of services from any changes.
Shadow Secretary of State for Health, Andy Burnham, responded to the statement on behalf of the Opposition.
