MPs debate Sunday Trading (London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games) Bill [HL]

Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, Vince Cable, introduced the Sunday Trading (London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games) Bill [HL] on Monday 30 April in the House of Commons. The Bill has been sent to the House of Lords to await Royal Assent.

Summary of the Bill

The Sunday Trading (Olympic Games and Paralympic Games) Bill [HL] will suspend restrictions on Sunday trading hours for the period of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.
