Immigration queues at UK airports
The Immigration Minister told MPs that over the weekend of 28-29 April 2012 there had been some breaches of acceptable waiting times at immigration control at Heathrow airport. He announced that to reduce waiting times the Government would be implementing mobile teams that can be deployed across the airport to deal with pressures and new shift patterns to meet unexpected surges in passenger flows.

Urgent questions
Urgent questions are asked at the end of Question Time. If something has happened, normally a matter of public importance, which an MP believes requires an immediate answer from a government minister, they may apply to the Speaker to ask an urgent question.
If the Speaker agrees, the question will be asked at the end of Question Time.
