The Deputy Prime Minister's statement followed the conclusion of the statement by the Prime Minister on the Leveson Inquiry report.

The Leveson Inquiry
On 13 July 2011 the Prime Minister announced a public inquiry led by Lord Justice Leveson to look at the culture, practices and ethics of the press.
Lord Leveson's report was published on Thursday 29 November 2012.

The Prime Minister responded to the recommendations made in the report in a statement to the House of Commons that day.
