Standards and privileges committee second report

Leader of the House of Commons, Andrew Lansley moved a motion relating to the Second Report from the Committee of Standards and Privileges into the conduct of Denis MacShane, former MP for Rotheram, on Tuesday 6 November 2012.
The Leader of the House of Commons, Andrew Lansley, moved that the House:
- approves the Second Report from the Committee on Standards and Privileges (House of Commons Paper No. 635);
- endorses the recommendation in paragraph 62; and
- notes that Mr Denis MacShane has been disqualified as a Member of this House.
