Statement on gas market fraud

Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Edward Davey made a statement on Tuesday 13 November 2012 to the House of Commons on allegations of the manipulation of the UK gas market.
Shadow Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Caroline Flint, responded on behalf of the Opposition.

The Energy Scretary said that the allegations of manipulation are to be considered by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and Ofgem, the gas and electricity markets regulator.
