Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Edward Davey, made a statement on Government action on energy bills, in the House of Commons on Monday 2 December 2013. Shadow Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, Caroline Flint, responded to the statement on behalf of the Opposition.
