Secretary of State for Justice, Chris Grayling, made a statement in the House of Commons on Wednesday 9 January 2013 on the Government's consultation paper on the rehabilitation of offenders.
Shadow Secretary of State for Justice, Sadiq Khan, responded on behalf of the Opposition.

Transforming Rehabilitation consultation
The Government’s proposals for reforming the delivery of offender services in the community were published by the Ministry of Justice on 9 January 2013.
