Home Secretary, Theresa May, made a statement in the House of Commons on Tuesday 9 July, on the UK’s opt-out decision pursuant to article 10 of protocol 36 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU)

Shadow Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper, responded to the statement on behalf of the Opposition.
