In the second day of debate on the Queen's Speech in the House of Commons on Thursday 9 May 2013, MPs debated aspects of the speech relating to home affairs.
Theresa May, Secretary of State for the Home Department, moved the debate on behalf of the Government. Yvette Cooper, Shadow Secretary of State for the Home Department, responded on behalf of the Opposition.
