Apprenticeships and Skills (Public Procurement Contracts) Bill: Second Reading
This Bill, sponsored by Andrew Gwynne MP, seeks to require certain public procurement contracts let by public authorities to include a commitment by the contractor to provide apprenticeships and skills training; and for connected purposes.

Private Members' Bills
Private Members' Bills are Public Bills introduced by MPs and Lords who are not government ministers.
As with other Public Bills, their purpose is to change the law as it applies to the general population.
