The E3+3 Agreement
The E3+3, comprising of the UK, France, Germany, China, Russia and the US engaged in talks with Iran and sought an agreement to resolve concerns about its nuclear programme. The meeting was chaired by EU High Representative Baroness Catherine Ashton.
