Secretary of State for International Development, Justine Greening, made a statement in the House of Commons on Thursday 28 November 2013 on the United Kingdom's response to Typhoon Haiyan. The Shadow Secretary of State for International Development, Mr Jim Murphy, responded on behalf of the Opposition

This was the second Ministerial Statement today and followed the statement on preventing sexual violence in conflict.
