Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Mr Owen Paterson, made a statement in the House of Commons on Thursday 3 April 2014, on the strategy for the eradication of bovine TB. The strategy to achieve TB free status in England by 2038 was announced by Environment Secretary Owen Paterson on Thursday 3 April 2014.
