Parliamentary Under-Secretary at the Department of Health, Jane Ellison, made a statement in the House of Commons on Thursday 3 April 2014, about the publication of Sir Cyril Chantler’s report on the standardised packaging of tobacco products. Shadow Minister for Public Health, Luciana Berger, responded to the statement on behalf of the Opposition.
