The Lord Chancellor, Chris Grayling, made a statement in the House of Commons on Tuesday 11 November 2014 on prison communications. Shadow Lord Chancellor and Shadow Secretary of State for Justice, Sadiq Khan, responded on behalf of the Opposition.
