MPs debate Queen's Speech: Day 3 - Britain in the World

In the third day of debate on the Queen's Speech in the House of Commons on Monday 1 June 2015, MPs debated those aspects of the speech relating to Britain in the World.

The debate was opened by Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, Philip Hammond. Hilary Benn, Shadow Foreign Secretary responded on behalf of the Opposition. 

Debate on the Address: Day 3

Following the first day of general debate on the Queen's Speech, there are five days of debate on specific topics. On the third day of debate MPs will discuss Britain in the World.

Further debate on different aspects of the Queen's Speech will proceed over the next three sitting days as follows:
