In the fifth day of debate on the Queen's Speech in the House of Commons on Wednesday 3 June 2015, MPs debated those aspects of the speech relating to Devolution and growth across Britain.
The Speaker selected the amendment in the name of the Leader of the Opposition. The debate was opened on behalf of the Opposition by Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, Chuka Umunna.
