President of the United Mexican States visits UK Parliament

The President of the United Mexican States, Enrique Peña Nieto, gave an address to members of both Houses of Parliament on Tuesday 3 March in the Robing Room of the House of Lords.
It was the second time a Mexican head of state has addressed the UK Parliament, following the visit of President Felipe Calderon Hinojosa in 2009.
Commons Speaker, John Bercow MP, gave a welcome address introducing the President's speech.
The Lord Speaker, Baroness D’Souza, thanked the President following his address.
