Lords debates health

Members of the Lords, including a former chief executive of the NHS confederation and a former member of the General Medical Council, debated the case for building a health-creating society in the UK where all sectors contribute to creating a healthy and resilient population, on Thursday 26 November.

This was a general debate. They usually take place on a Thursday in the Lords chamber. During debates, members are able to put their experience to good use, discussing current issues and drawing the government's attention to concerns.
