Lords debates Finance Bill

Members of the Lords debated the main aims and key principles of the Finance Bill, and completed all remaining stages of the bill, on Tuesday 10 November.
The Finance Bill is scheduled to receive royal assent, becoming law, on Wednesday 18 November.
About the Finance Bill
The bill seeks to grant certain duties, alter other duties, and amend the law relating to the national debt and the public revenue. It also makes further provision in connection with finance.
